About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, focusing more on client interactions.
2. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments, present and explain insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
3. Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations tailored to client concerns, showcasing our products' benefits.
4. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively.
6. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
7. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulations and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
