We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role offers the flexibility to work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and achieve your sales targets in a supportive environment.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, enabling you to focus more on client interactions.
  2. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals, presenting suitable insurance options.
  3. Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations tailored to client concerns and preferences.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and policy retention.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings effectively.
  6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare reports.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulations and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (assistance provided).

Compensation:

  • Based on current market data for the average representative.
  • Bonuses paid monthly on the 15th, performance-based.
  • Residuals paid on client sale anniversaries.
