We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and drive the growth of our life insurance products. As a key member of our sales force, you will build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
  2. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting suitable life insurance options.
  3. Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations to individuals and groups, highlighting product benefits and features, tailored to client concerns.
  4. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  5. Market Research: Keep updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products and inform clients.
  6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare reports for management.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (we will assist with licensing).

Compensation:

  • Range based on current market averages.
