We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our life insurance products. In this role, you will build client relationships, assess customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to connect with qualified candidates interested in our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments, explain insurance options, and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations tailored to client concerns, highlighting product benefits.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Willingness to travel within the territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided).

Compensation:
