Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, conducting regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively and provide relevant information to clients.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

• Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist in acquiring your license if not currently licensed).

Compensation

• Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th.
