Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, focusing on client interactions.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, conducting regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications

Compensation

• Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th.
