The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and serving as the trusted advisor for clients’ insurance needs, with offices in Montclair and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active listening to identify client needs and match with insurance solutions.
• Licensed in California with Property & Casualty license.
• Experience in direct sales or client relationships.
• Strong ability to manage client records and documentation.
• Comfort with building and maintaining a local book of business.

Collaborate with our service team to resolve billing, claim, or policy-related questions promptly.

Educate clients on how various coverage features protect their financial future.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in California.

Three or more years of experience in direct sales or client relationship management.

Strong proficiency in agency management systems and standard office software.

Ability to commute daily to our Montclair office location.

Demonstrated skill in listening to client needs and matching them with the right insurance solutions.

Experience with auto and home insurance is highly valued.
