Job summary

Amtel Repair is seeking a Cell Phone Repair Sales Representative in Houston, TX. As the face of CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair, you will drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We offer base pay with bonuses, including an all-in pay range of $15-$17 per hour. Join a world-class team focused on helping customers with device repairs and accessory sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications).

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.
