Job summary

Amtel Repair is seeking a Cell Phone Repair Sales Representative to be the face of CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. You will engage with customers, assess device needs, and provide a positive experience.

The role offers average all-in pay with base and bonuses of about $15-$17 per hour, health benefits, PTO, a 401(k), and advancement opportunities. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience required.
• Experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting.
• Selling accessories and device care products a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and teamwork.

Cell Phone Repair Sales Representative

AVG ALL IN PAY WITH BASE AND BONUSES $15-$17/HR

As a CPR Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering exceptional customer experience. We are looking for bold, energetic, passionate people as you are the first line of contact for our customers every day. Do you have that positive attitude for our customers, engagement to drive sales and a desire to have your income match the work you put in, and willing to learn electronic repair?? Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales experience is a big plus
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
