Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Supervisor – Sales Relief to oversee relations with a group of customers and supervise Merchandisers/distribution team members. The role focuses on accurate order maintenance, capturing selling opportunities, and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.

The position requires the ability to guide teams, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with the distribution team to execute marketing initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with fleet policy
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• AA degree or two-year college, or 2+ years related experience
• Ability to read simple instructions, short memos, and write simple correspondence
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings
• Strong math skills for basic calculations and measurements

Responsibilities

• Oversee relationships with assigned customers and supervise Merchandisers/ distribution team members.
• Ensure accuracy of outlet orders and capture selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Provide daily guidance to Merchandisers on customer needs and execution of plans.
• Develop positive customer relationships and deliver superior service.
• Coordinate sales activities to support marketing initiatives and new product launches.
• Review business results with customers regularly and align on key initiatives.
• Lead negotiations and renewals of customer marketing agreements as needed.
