Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Relief to build displays, replenish shelves, and maintain product integrity at customer outlets. You will rotate stock, manage backstock, and ensure proper care of Coca-Cola and partner equipment while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain compliance with company fleet policy
• High school diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Flexible or rotating schedule availability
• Previous merchandising experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves, racks, and cold equipment
• Sell and execute merchandising at store level
• Maintain equipment and assets daily
• Rotate and replenish products and backstock, including coolers
• Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities and threats
