The Technical Field Sales position is responsible for selling the company's products, developing and implementing sales plans to achieve company goals, and reviewing market analysis of customer needs. The employee will provide guidance, recommendations, and support to business operations related to sales.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Interact and communicate with customers daily
  • Review and facilitate adherence to the company's strategic direction
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends affecting sales
  • Assist management with sales forecasts and planning
  • Participate in and evaluate sales programs
  • Meet team targets and key performance indicators
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals
  • Analyze market data to understand customer needs, pricing, and discounts
  • Formulate policies based on sales statistics to promote sales
  • Represent the company at trade meetings to promote products
  • Deliver sales presentations and support key client relationships
  • Coordinate between sales department and related units
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze potential for expansion
  • Monitor competitors' activities and products
  • Recommend research and development expenditures
  • Manage the regional sales budget effectively
  • Travel up to 90% as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Sales and 3-5 years of related experience
