Job Description: Client Relationship Manager at Nelnet Business Services

Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain positive, respectful communication with clients to enhance relationships.
  2. Ensure overall client satisfaction by proactively addressing client needs and maintaining regular contact.
  3. Meet face-to-face with each client at least twice annually at their location.
  4. Coordinate sales efforts and product updates with existing clients.
  5. Collaborate with FACTS Operations and Technical teams to resolve client issues.
  6. Advocate for client needs, including new features and services.
  7. Participate in evaluating new product requests from clients.
  8. Work closely with technical support to understand product capabilities and limitations.
  9. Leverage relationships to expand FACTS solutions within existing clients.
  10. Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to support client engagement.
  11. Gather market and competitive information to evaluate our market position.
  12. Communicate promptly with sales and account managers regarding client issues.
  13. Collaborate with various departments to develop strategic customer service plans and resolve issues.
Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a 4-year undergraduate degree in business, technology, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in sales and account management; experience in the education market is a plus.
