Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking a Recruiting Manager to own end-to-end sales staffing across nine markets in NC, SC, GA, MD and PA. You’ll run ads, source commissioned closers, manage the Workable workflow, coach a pre-screener, and guide interviews through closing and training cohorts.

You’ll monitor cost-per-hire, show rates, and retention across markets, while expanding the recruiting team and improving processes in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience, ideally high-volume and for commissioned sales roles.
• Comfortable in the numbers: ad spend, conversion rates, cost per hire.
• Experience managing or coaching at least one recruiter or coordinator.
• A player-coach who still likes working candidates directly.
• Workable or another ATS experience is a plus.
• Home services, roofing, solar, HVAC, pest control or similar is a plus.
• Must live within commuting distance of Charlotte and work on-site

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting ad spend (primarily Indeed): write and post ads for 9 markets, set budgets and move money to what's working.
• Source experienced commissioned closers directly, including passive candidates who aren't job hunting.
• Run the candidate workflow in Workable: review applications, move candidates through stages, keep the pipeline clean and current.
• Lead and coach our pre-screener, who handles screening calls and outreach and books interviews.
• Conduct final sales interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Fill each training class, and follow new reps through training and their first weeks in the field.
• Track and report the numbers weekly: applications, cost per hire, show rates, class attendance, and 30/90-day retention by market and by ad
