Job summary

Southern National Roofing in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and grow a hands-on recruiting team. You will personally recruit when needed, learn the business, and build the hiring infrastructure to support rapid 40% YoY growth.

You will lead a small team responsible for hiring sales and senior positions, while partnering with leadership to implement improvements and scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on recruiting leadership and experience building a team.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and sales roles preferred.
• Ability to partner with executives to implement hiring processes and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the recruiting team to achieve hiring goals.
• Personally source, screen, and interview candidates when needed.
• Improve sourcing strategies, postings, screening, and candidate selection.
• Build recruiting metrics, reporting, goals, and accountability.
• Improve quality of hire and employee retention, with leadership alignment.
