Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Sales Recruiting Coordinator to support the Recruiting Department with high levels of customer service throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will assist with applicant management, answer questions about openings, complete initial prescreening, and assign applicants to recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Sales Recruiting Staff in all areas of job applicant management.
• Provides customer support to the recruiting staff by answering questions about applicants, job openings and other inquiries through phone or email.
• Completes initial prescreening by reviewing all incoming job applications through the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and assigns all applicants to a recruiter.
• Tracks the status of all job applications, monitors applicants and their stages in the recruiting process, and ensures timely contact.
• Sends notifications to applicants when they are not chosen for a role.
• Manages the employee referral program.
• Monitors the CRM system to track all sourced job applicants and reviews recruiting job assignments to ensure openings are actively being pursued.
• Generates daily and weekly reports for hiring processes.
