Qualifications

• Agency recruiting experience with a track record of placing professional or executive-level candidates.
• Or: Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role with the drive to translate into recruiting.
• Or: Recent graduate or early-career candidate with relevant degree or experience and interest in recruiting/sales.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit executive-level sales professionals across software, SaaS, cybersecurity, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and building materials.
• Conduct proactive high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top sales talent across multiple verticals.
• Partner with firm leadership to understand client needs and deliver candidates.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, presenting, closing.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and cultivate a warm network.
• Expand into additional recruiting verticals as the firm grows.
