Position: Contract Sales Recruiter - Focus on talent sourcing

Overview

We are a fast-growing boutique recruitment firm specializing in B2B sales talent placement across SaaS, technology, manufacturing, and professional services sectors. We are seeking a talented sourcing specialist for a temporary contract (1-2 months, with potential extension) to meet current demand. This role is remote, available only in the USA and Canada, with potential for a longer-term arrangement.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and engage potential sales candidates through strategic outreach
2. Build and maintain talent pipelines for various B2B sales roles (SDR, AE, Enterprise, VP)
3. Create compelling outreach messages for passive candidates
4. Screen and evaluate candidates for client fit
5. Conduct interviews and recommend candidates based on client needs

Requirements

1. 3+ years in sales recruitment or talent sourcing
2. Deep understanding of B2B sales roles and career paths
3. Successful candidate outreach experience
4. Knowledge of sales metrics, SaaS products, and terminology
5. Excellent written communication skills
6. Creative and proactive candidate outreach
