Daniels Health is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chicago with a primary emphasis on Sales recruiting. You will partner with leaders to deliver full-cycle hiring for Sales roles and support other corporate functions, while strengthening our employer brand to drive strong hiring outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, support onboarding for new colleagues, and advise on recruitment matters to ensure candidate experience and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ recruitment experience, agency or in-house, with a strong focus on sales hiring.
• Confident, persuasive communicator who builds strong relationships and influences outcomes.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple roles and deliver at pace.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and candidate experience.
• Quick thinking, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional, discreet, and trusted with confidential information.

• Solid MS Office skills across Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process ‘end-to-end’: from intake to offer and contract generation.
• Support onboarding of new recruits to ensure a seamless experience
• Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs and create requisitions and descriptions
• Provide best practice advice on recruitment matters, including compensation interpretation and assessments

In this fast-paced role, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver full cycle hiring for Sales roles, while also supporting other corporate functions. You’ll play a key part in attracting top commercial talent, building our employer brand, and driving hiring outcomes that support business growth.

What you will do

• Manage the recruitment process ‘end-to-end’: from initial intake, advertising, pre-screening and selection, to interviewing, scheduling, reference checks through to making the offer and producing the contract
• Support your stakeholders on the onboarding of new recruits; ensuring your new recruits have a seamless experience
• Liaise with the hiring managers regularly on their recruitment needs, assisting in the development of new requisitions and position descriptions
• Provide best practice advice and support on all matters relating to recruitment, in particular compensation review, interpretation of psychometric assessments and objective analysis
• Facilitate exceptional relationships with your stakeholders, supporting them on your recruitment needs
• Conduct research on HR/Recruitment topics and issues as required from time to time
