Sales Recruiter
The Sales Recruiter plays a vital role in the growth of our sales teams, sales culture, and directly contributes to our company’s growth strategy. This position will be part of our in-house sales recruiting team responsible for enterprise-wide sales recruitment. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the recruiting strategy across multiple regions. He/She will foster and cultivate relationships with key candidates and hiring managers to deliver upon both immediate short-term and strategic long-term needs.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of recruiting experience, experience working in the insurance industry is a plus. Strong consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills are also necessary. Must work well independently with a high level of responsibility and navigate effectively in a decentralized environment. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for success and be self-driven to hit sales targets.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment process for sales candidates that will help HUB meet and exceed hiring goals
Leverage a variety of recruiting and sourcing tactics including but not limited to Cold Calling, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Networking to generate and build pipeline and referrals
Create and manage a pipeline of candidates to fill difficult to fill positions
Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
Create strong partnerships with sales leadership to understand their business needs, identify prospective candidate that will fit their culture and drive their growth projections
Partner with local HR to stay aligned on initiatives, policies, and procedures
Represent HUB by being an effective and consistent communicator
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree, required
2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferred
Experience in a professional corporate office and communicating with Senior Executive level
Self-started, highly autonomous, able to take ownership of projects with broad objections
Exceptional communicator and presenter
Resilient spirit and persistent nature
Ability to travel up to 10%
Hybrid role, two days a week in office

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 (plus quarterly bonus based on targets) and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
