This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source Virtual Assistants globally.

Identify and engage with top talent in various industries, including fitness, wellness, sales, and administration.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.

Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through active networking and market research.

Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.

Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to source qualified candidates worldwide.

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress to the leadership team.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired VAs.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in global recruitment, with a focus on virtual roles.

Strong background in sourcing and hiring in diverse regions and time zones.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoho and other job boards.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

Experience in the BPO, virtual assistant, or remote staffing industry is a plus.
