Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a full-time Sales Receptionist for our Tallahassee clinic. You will welcome clients, manage calls and appointments, and support the medical team while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, assisting with room setup, and collaborating with the team to meet monthly goals. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities
