Milan Laser Hair Removal in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients. You will manage front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support medical staff with room setup and cleanliness.

You’ll drive sales through client engagement, upsell opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining confidential records and working with a collaborative clinic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to promote sales and enhance satisfaction.
