Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Pittsburgh (Mt Lebanon), PA, is hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist to engage with clients, manage front desk operations, and support the medical staff with treatment-room upkeep. You will help achieve monthly sales goals while delivering outstanding client experiences.

As part of a dynamic clinic team, you’ll handle calls, schedule appointments, and maintain client records, contributing to a smooth, welcoming environment and strong monthly revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience & Sales: Engage with the clinic team to promote collaboration and drive sales.
