Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist for our Ithaca, NY clinic. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and support medical staff while driving monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient with computer and sales software.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients and promote a collaborative sales culture.
• Enhance client experience with personal connections at each interaction.
• Build lasting relationships and encourage ongoing engagement.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collect client feedback.
• Schedule, confirm appointments, and maintain client records.
• Support with clinic operations and room maintenance.
• Assist with cleaning and client guidance to rooms.
• Perform additional duties as needed by leadership.
