Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking a Sales Training & Development Coordinator to streamline onboarding, training logistics, and content updates for our field sales team in Boston. You will manage LMS records, ensure data hygiene in Salesforce, coordinate schedules, and partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting, and HR to align training with product releases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of coordination or administrative experience in sales enablement or training.
• Familiarity with automotive lending or dealership operations is a strong plus.
• Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and instructional technology/LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics and scheduling for onboarding, learning tracks, and events.
• Maintain trainee progress records and LMS compliance.
• Audit CRM data to ensure accuracy and data hygiene for the field sales team.
• Manage training materials, playbooks, manuals, and e-learning modules with frequent updates.
• Assist in delivering onboarding sessions and improving product knowledge and competitive positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting, and HR to align calendars with business goals.
