BD is a leading global medical technology company. We seek a U.S. Revenue Operations/Commercial Excellence professional to support US Sales Operations within the ROCx team.

This role focuses on enabling commercial excellence through onboarding readiness, credentialing, integration/divestiture support, and process improvements that ensure timely access, better associate and manager experience, and smoother field readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to address issues quickly.
• Experience supporting onboarding readiness and credentialing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proactive new hire readiness and onboarding/offboarding effectiveness.
• Support vendor credentialing activities and integration/divestiture tasks.
• Assist in process optimizations to improve associate and manager experience.
• Ensure timely system access and credentialing readiness with proactive follow-up and escalation when needed.
