Job summary

Lawson Products, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales Readiness to lead North American sales readiness for the MRO and Kent Automotive businesses. This role focuses on coaching district managers, standardizing leadership practices, and optimizing field selling time.

The candidate will drive a digital, just-in-time readiness program, curate supplier content, and build a high-performing bench of readiness partners across regions. This position is remote with nationwide responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required, with 10+ years in sales, sales management, enablement, or readiness.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to link capability investments to revenue and productivity.
• Experience coaching sales managers and individual contributors in a defined sales methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American sales readiness function for Lawson MRO and Kent Automotive.
• Coach district sales managers in live settings and develop field-ready coaching sessions.
• Govern a consolidated North American readiness calendar and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Evolve the readiness program with digital, just-in-time resources for field reps.
