Job summary

Jackson is seeking a Sales Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate sales interactions and drive improvements in effectiveness and adviser experience. You will partner with Training and Sales leadership to ensure consistent evaluation standards and skill progression, supporting onboarding and ongoing coaching.

You will analyze calls, emails, and meetings, produce actionable feedback, and help maintain a centralized library of best-practice samples for coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ years of sales experience required.
• Experience auditing sales-related conversations for effectiveness and quality preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple product lines preferred.
• Education and/or experience with statistical concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, reviews, and evaluates internal sales interactions to assess quality and compliance.
• Provides feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepares reports and creates graphs to visualize data across business units.
• Collaborates with Training & Development and leadership to align quality insights with initiatives.
• Coaches associates individually and in groups on quality and sales effectiveness.
