Job summary

The Jackson National Life Insurance Company seeks a Sales Quality Assurance Analyst in Nashville to support the Sales desk by evaluating and analyzing advisor interactions and activities to drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and advisor experience.

You will partner with the Distribution Training & Development team and Sales Desk leadership to ensure consistent evaluation standards, provide feedback, and develop coaching plans, dashboards, and resources for ongoing skill

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
1+ years of sales experience required.
Experience auditing sales-related conversations for effectiveness and quality preferred.
Knowledge of multiple product lines preferred.
Background in statistics, forecasting, or data modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor, review, and evaluate internal sales interactions across calls, meetings, and emails.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve quality and advisor experience.
Create technical reports and charts to present data for business units.
Develop training materials and sample call/email content for onboarding.
Lead coaching sessions and track skill progression over time.
Participate in calibration sessions to align scoring standards.
Maintain centralized library of calls and interactions.
Support coaching plans for underperforming associates.
Run daily/weekly/monthly reports on quality metrics.
