Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati is seeking a Sales Quality Auditor to support operations by auditing professionalism and compliance across teams. You will review employee communications and system interactions to ensure adherence to TQL policies, and prepare presentations detailing improvements and history.

The role requires 1+ year of auditing and sales/fast-paced experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information and multi-task effectively.

About the role

This position supports TQL’s operations by completing, reporting on and improving TQL’s professionalism, accounting and load management audits. This position reviews employee communications and system interactions to ensure they comply with all applicable TQL policies and procedures. What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing and completing TQL compliance and professionalism audits

What you need:

• At least 1 year of auditing experience preferred
• At least 1 year of previous experience in sales/fast-paced work environment preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time, effectively manage time constraints, set priorities and meet deadlines
