Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Sales Project Manager – Septic for our Waterworks Division. You will support contractors, installers, engineers and homeowners with product recommendations, quotations, and technical sales for septic systems to drive revenue and deliver excellent service.

You will build strong customer/vendor relationships, manage project scope and schedule, and leverage digital takeoff tools and MS Office to create accurate estimates and timely communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ Construction Project Management or Project Coordinator experience.
• 2+ years Waterworks experience preferred.
• Experience with PlanSwift or Bid Tracer is highly preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish to on-time, on-budget completion.
• Recommend products and services that fit clients' business needs.
• Execute project per organizational PM methodology and established plan.
• Maintain sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
• Handle branch phone calls delivering high-level service.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, satisfactory product delivery.
• Supervise progress and resolve operational delays.
• Work with partners to determine scope, specifications, requirements, and calculations.
• Convene project meetings and report status to stakeholders.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to meet targets.
• Assist PMs to ensure projects align with plan.
