Qualifications

• 5+ years in a combined sales and project management role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Travel willingness; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through prospecting, lead, and client outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to align resources and meet project milestones
• Track and report on sales pipeline, project status, and key performance metrics
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
