Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a Program Manager in Valley Green, PA to lead complex product development projects. You will manage customer communications, planning, budgeting, and execution while providing technical leadership across multi-site teams to meet schedules and costs.

Responsibilities include defining specifications, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring manufacturability and risk controls throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 4+ years related experience in connector industry preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical product drawings and procedures.
• Ability to present information effectively to management and stakeholders.
• Experience managing customer communications and expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication, project planning, budget, and execution.
• Provide technical leadership for new product development projects with high complexity.
• Coordinate across multiple sites to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with specifications, timing and budget.
• Lead project meetings and manage internal/external suppliers to meet milestones.
• Define product specifications and scope to align with market and customer needs.
