The role requires 3–5 years in project management or sales operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure project success and sales effectiveness.
• Support sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Customer communication: requires strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Document business requirements and translate business needs into practical operational and actionable solutions.
• Change management: support rollout of new tools, processes, and initiatives with training resources.
• Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.
• General duties: perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
