The role requires 3–5 years in project management or sales operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI. A collaborative, results-driven approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sales operations projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate teams across Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Leadership.
• Analyze data, build dashboards and KPIs to measure project success.
• Support sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
