• Experience with cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer launches, product transitions, and sales-driven projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates.
• Coordinate activities across departments and customer teams.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Lead project meetings and drive accountability.
• Support customer onboarding, product introductions, and implementation activities.
