Job summary

VEKA is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer launches and sales-driven projects from opportunity through completion. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, and customers to keep initiatives on track and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating activities across departments, tracking milestones and risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing manufacturing or technical projects.
• PMP, CAPM or similar training is a plus.

In this role, you'll lead customer and sales-related projects from initial opportunity through completion, working closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, and customers to ensure projects stay on track and deliver exceptional results.

What You Will Do

• Manage customer launches, product transitions, and sales-driven projects
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates
• Coordinate activities across departments and customer teams
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and action items
• Lead project meetings and drive accountability
• Support customer onboarding, product introductions, and implementation activities
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and sales leadership
• Help improve processes, communication, and the overall customer experience

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management training is a plus
