Job summary

American Underground Supply seeks a Sales Project Manager to support projects across the greater Kansas City metro area. You will assist with sales, scope, specs, requirements, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales support or project management, exposure to sitework construction, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support or project management.
• Experience with sitework or construction-related projects preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or building plans.

Responsibilities

• Sales Administration: Work with sales, purchasing, operations, and management to fulfill customer expectations and drive profitable sales growth.
• Customer Relationship Management: Enter and maintain accurate customer information, track interactions, and nurture relationships.
• Communication And Coordination: Maintain effective communication with internal departments to streamline sales process and ensure prompt product delivery.
• Operational/Logistics Support: Oversee inventory, ensure stock levels, labeling accuracy, and timely order processing; coordinate with branches.
• Other Duties: Participate in training, deliver exceptional customer service, assist team with special projects and identify process improvements.
