The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, purchasing, operations and management; you will prepare quotes, process orders, provide technical assistance, and help manage documentation and deliveries to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support, project management, administrative, or customer service.
• Experience with sitework construction-related projects or products preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints, building plans or drawings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, operations and management to fulfill customer expectations and drive profitable sales growth.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes and proposals on time.
• Process sales orders, invoices and contracts meticulously.
• Provide technical assistance to customers as needed.
• Organize and maintain sales documentation for team use.
• Coordinate with branches and customers to ensure punctual deliveries.
• Track customer interactions and maintain data in internal systems.
