Redtree is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale infrastructure program in Kansas. You will act as the owner's trusted representative, guiding project delivery from planning through construction.

The role requires 8+ years of delivering complex projects, strong leadership, and proficiency in project controls, scheduling, cost and risk management, with coordination across contractors, consultants, and permitting authorities in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • PMP, CCM, PE, OSHA, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with site development, mass grading, utility infrastructure, and campus-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, schedule management, cost management, change management, procurement coordination, and executive reporting.
  • Experience working with permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale, mission-critical project in Kansas. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile infrastructure program during its early planning and execution phases, acting as the owner's trusted representative and driving project success from the ground up.

You will:

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and reporting.
  • Monitor project quality, constructability, and commissioning readiness.
  • Track critical milestones, long-lead equipment, project risks, and key decisions.
