Job summary

Aspen Contracting is looking for a driven Sales-Project Consultant to grow our Kentucky market. You will work directly with homeowners, identifying roofing, siding, and gutter restoration needs and guiding projects from inspection to completion. No roofing experience?

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship. As a W2 employee in a full-time, uncapped-commission role, you can expect early earning potential with paid twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach.
• Meet with homeowners and build lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct property inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration processes.
• Prepare estimates and project proposals.
• Guide customers through agreements and project scheduling.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Represent Aspen Contracting with professionalism and integrity.
