Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Sales Operations Programs Coordinator to support our sales and marketing initiatives across the United States. You will own the logistics, coordination, and facilitation of system and product demo programs.

The role requires excellent organization, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication to manage competing priorities and ensure seamless event execution from Georgia to nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Supports local market development events hosted by sales and marketing teams.
• Coordinates resources with sales reps to ensure events are well executed.
• Assists in coordinating Intuitive’s mobile system program to support sales events and symposia.
• Balances competing priorities among sales, marketing and third-party vendors, serving as a liaison.
• Maintains inventory of instruments and accessories and coordinates shipments to/from events across the country.
• Supports recurring quarterly deliverables such as reporting packages, performance reports, and dashboard/tool updates.
