Responsibilities

• Coordinate Capacity Solutions, Provider Education & Outreach programs.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support across programs.
• Coordinate travel for HCPs and participants, including flights, hotels, and car services.
• Arrange meeting and event logistics, venues, catering, and space reservations.
• Serve as a primary administrative contact for HCPs and field teams.
• Assist with profiles, documentation, and payment setup in Edwards systems.
• Support invoice processing and budget tracking for programs.
• Assist with SOWs, purchase requests, and approvals in Edwards systems.
• Ensure compliance with Edwards policies and maintain accurate records.
