Job summary

Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting in Michigan is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Sales Support professional to back up the Account Manager. You will manage RFQs, price changes, and invoices, while maintaining price integrity across systems and collaborating with Accounts Receivable, PICS, and logistics teams.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred plus minimum two years of customer-related experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience resolving customer disputes and protecting financial interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with RFQs, pricing changes, and quotes.
• Track and follow up on invoices and disputes.
• Maintain customer price integrity from quote to final price.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, PICS, and other internal teams.
