Job summary

Magna International Inc. seeks a dedicated Sales Admin supporting the Accounts Receivable, pricing, and RFQ processes within the Magna Mirrors group. You will assist with order tracking, pricing validation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate quotes and timely invoicing.

This role requires strong communication, analytics, and problem‑solving skills, with experience in ERP systems and project coordination. On-site position with collaboration across internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred plus minimum two years of customer related experience to understand and meet customer requirements; or equivalent.
• Prioritization and multi-tasking under changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to work with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in advanced on-line computerized systems.
• Ability to resolve complex customer disputes while safeguarding Magna Mirrors' financial interests.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project work.
• Ability to map and direct continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for customer received price within the Magna Mirrors system, including updating and auditing prices.
• Work with customers to maintain effective relationships and understand systems involved with the customer.
• Verify internal contracts using interim pricing flags and status codes.
• Assist Account Managers with data for sales plans/forecasts and price changes.
• Track prototype orders from entry to delivery and collection.
• Extract RFQs and price changes from customer systems.
• Assist in RFQ receipt, administration and pricing changes in the system.
• Maintain communication and reporting with internal teams to protect Magna Mirrors' interests.
