Tom Wood Honda in Anderson, IN is seeking a friendly Sales Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey on our evolving Whitestown site.

You’ll present features, arrange test drives, discuss financing and trade-ins, and close deals with confidence. The role rewards strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset with ongoing training and advancement opportunities.

Location Note:

This position is currently based at our Anderson, IN location. Tom Wood Honda is excited to be transitioning to a brand-new dealership facility in Whitestown, Indiana (near Zionsville, North Brownsburg, and West Carmel), expected to open early 2027. Team members hired now will have the opportunity to grow with us through this exciting transition.

What You’ll Do

• Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training (we invest in you)
• Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve
• Build long-term relationships with your customers — they’ll come back to you because you earned their trust
• Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customer a seamless experience
• Hit (and exceed!) your sales goals — with support, mentorship, and room to grow

What You Bring

• Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings & weekends
