Tom Wood Honda in Anderson, IN is seeking a friendly, motivated Sales Consultant to greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey. You will present features, arrange test drives, and work with financing options to close deals with professionalism.

You’ll stay knowledgeable on models and trims, handle paperwork accurately, and build lasting customer relationships while collaborating with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Location Note:

This position is currently based at our Anderson, IN location. Tom Wood Honda is excited to be transitioning to a brand-new dealership facility in Whitestown, Indiana (near Zionsville, North Brownsburg, and West Carmel), expected to open early 2027. Team members hired now will have the opportunity to grow with us through this exciting transition or stay in Anderson for our expansion to our dealerships.

What You'll Do:

• Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training (we invest in you)
• Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve
• Build long-term relationships with your customers - they'll come back to you because you earned their trust
• Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customer aseamless experience
• Hit (and exceed!) your sales goals - with support, mentorship, and room to grow
