The Sales Professional focuses on building and maintaining client relationships while delivering memorable service with a passion for timepieces and jewelry. They present products using storytelling and technical detail, stay current on product knowledge, and support showroom hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Confidently present products to clients incorporating storytelling and technical detail.
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM platform.
• Maintain and develop product and industry knowledge on brands and collections.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines and turn clients over to team members as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks and independently use required company systems, hardware, and software.
• Receive and deliver client repairs and perform duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1 year retail watch experience.
• Excellent client service and selling skills with strong storytelling ability.
• Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain professional conduct.
• Computer literate (MS Office); schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for long periods and lift packages/boxes.
