Job summary

Window Genie in Charlotte and Lake Norman is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial business. You will actively connect with property managers, facility managers, and businesses, driving new relationships and opportunities.

You’ll receive training, a CRM, and marketing support, with a path to $75,000+ per year through commission and incentives. This is a full-time role in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area with competitive starting pay of $20/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• No years of sales experience required.
• Loves talking to people.
• Confident walking into a business and introducing themselves.
• Organized and follows through.
• Sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective commercial customers.
• Visit local businesses and introduce Window Genie.
• Build relationships with commercial decision makers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings and property walkthroughs.
• Prepare estimates and follow up until a decision is made.
• Attend networking and community events and grow existing accounts.
